Pick Up & Delivery
Wind River Growers is a wholesale-only operation and is not open to the general public. Orders are accepted only from businesses within the green industry, including (but not limited to) plant nurseries, landscapers, garden centers, and municipal or state departments.
Order Pickup

Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A minimum of 2 days notice is required prior to arrival

Orders must be scheduled for pickup or delivery within 2 weeks, or they will be canceled

We do not accept advanced orders beyond a 2-week window

Payment & Terms
Prices are FOB (Freight on Board) Morganton, NC and are subject to change at any time. All orders are processed as COD (Cash on Delivery) unless a prior credit history has been established. Accounts that are overdue by more than 60 days will revert to a cash-only status. We accept cash (if exact change), checks, and all major credit cards. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Warranty
We guarantee that all plants are true to name, well rooted, and healthy upon delivery or pickup. Wind River Growers is a nursery certified by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and is in compliance with all federal and state pest regulations. Any issues, damages, or concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your plants in order to resolve any claims. Please be advised that we do not provide any extended warranty concerning the long-term viability of our plant materials.
